If you think you own, or know of, one or more stones that may have come from Reading Abbey, then we would be very pleased to hear from you. We are interested in carved or worked stone (not flints), however if you are not sure do please get in touch.
About your Stones
Tell us the location of the stone(s). If the stone is on private property and not visible from the public road, we promise not to publicise its exact location. We will only identify it as being, for example, "a house in West Reading".
Give a description or, better still, a photograph, with rough dimensions to indicate size. Let us have any information about its history or origins: where and when it was found, how long you think it may have been in its current location, etc.
